The market was very low on supply and since this was the case, Zina did not try to present properties that were outside my desires. She is responsive and listened to my needs and ideas. The properties she brought to my attention didn’t waste my time when viewing. She was insightful of the benefits of the locations and the market pricing. She helped with identifying what was an appropriate offer based upon the comps, the location, the homes condition and age.
